, 25/02/2007] Windmills is an apartment complex located in the centre of the Pernera area of Protaras (about 30 minutes walk from the main resort of Protaras. It is perfectly located for those who just want a small range of bars and restaurants on the edge of a main resort but those expecting to find themselves in the heart of Protaras will be disappointed. The rooms themeslves look very dated and don't seem to hav been renovated since I first stayed there in the early 1990s.
