[lilith-the-queen, 27/01/2010] I stayed there just few days ago with nearly 30 friends. First, the staff seemed friendly but as the time went, we could have the chance to know them. They do not keep their promises, do not respect their clients and agreements. Also, they are really rude and tend to lie. They expected us to pay for the breakfast we didn't have. Apart from this, the rooms, especially the bathrooms were unclean and very very cold. The thermal swimmimg pool was not any different from ordinary swimming pools. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are lots of hotels in that region. Select another one.

Dirty rooms, bad beds, no cleaning, dirty food, full of flies, little choice of food, grumpy staff, hard house music at the pool ..... a nightmare if you book more than one night. An terribly bad hotel. Dirty rooms with dirty carpets. (We had a vomit spot on the floor, which was not properly cleaned, but it smelled amazing). The rooms were not cleaned, the breakfast was very poor. Many fly to the food and the choice of products at the buffet was very brief.
We had 3 nights here, but after 1 night we left to another hotel nearby. The beds were so bad that we do

[David, 06/06/2007] Is that true? Snow in the middle of August? This is the first thought I got when I saw pamukkale from the bus! We went there by the bus organized from the tour company which arranged our Turkish trip, I dont know if there is a way to get with public transportation, but I saw agencies in Kusadasi and Istanbul which offer one( two) day organized trips to Pamukkale including bus and food.
