definately not 4 star
This hotel is definately not four star- rooms are very cold because air conditioning needs to be left on all the time or the floor get dangerously wet. The main buffet the Topaz is very hot and stuffy as there are no celing fans - the standard of cleanliness is not good. Frommers South America, 2nd Edition: The most extensive and impressive facilities on the island
The author appreciates that the Lagunamar, a "massive" resort, comes with the "most extensive" and the "most impressive" amenities of the island.
