[huesped_Abelay, 30/10/2011] Clean, newly refurbished. Not too far from the center by foot or bus. Helpful staff.
[akamallorca, 15/02/2011] Unbelievable building sitting right on the water's edge and completely dominating the entrance to the city! You can enter the main cathedral for free but have to pay to go through the museum. Museum is worth it if you like old Baroque paintings, although it does have some rather unusual pieces. The inside is stunning. Try and go on a sunny day (which is most) so you can really appreciate the colours from the rose window. I think to get the most from it you should get your hands on an audio guide. I downloaded one from the internet which came with a map and was extremely informative (northsouth

[maureenfleming, 19/10/2010] i have been visiting the El Cuerno tapas for a number of years now, the food has always been excellent ! I and my husband have been many times and myself and my two daughters visit at least twice a year. We have just returned after 5 great days in Palma, the new extension to the tapas is beautiful and JAMES runs the place with his usual charm. Do visit if your in PALMA you won't be disapointed. [babacar, 11/03/2009] Last month I visited Palma de mallorca. I stayed at Horizonte hotel. So I describe the hotel to help the clients make the best choice. The view of Palma harbor and the sea from horizonte is wonderful. After taking your breakfast, you can look at the sun rise. The hotel's surrounding is very good for shopping (Porto Pi Shopping center is near). Close by there are taxi and bus stops as well. The leisure activity options at the hotel are good. Checking-in is a pleasant procedure. The quality of the service is very satisfactory. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel are perfect. The atmosphere i

[stajo, 14/08/2008] We ate at Forn de Sant Joan 2 times in one week and we were happy with everything, the menu, the food, the staff and the flexibility. Very recommended and priceworthy!
[firsttimeinmallorca1, 30/06/2008] Visited on the 28.06.08. The cava was off i.e. it was an open bottle from a few days ago. Red wine suggested was not as good as they recommended.
The risotto that happens to be their 'acclaimed' dish (with prawns and scallops and squid ink) was served to me together with a plastic bar code label in the risotto!!!! Although they brought a new serving, there were no apologies from the kitchen chef nor the manager. When they brought the bill they still charged a full price. Only after some debate they had taken off the charges for the risotto. Such a disappointing experience! I wonder if all the

[keleigh, 21/02/2008] I loved this hotel It was up on a hill but close enough to town to take a cab or a bus (!!). The service was amazing. The first thing we did was have a glass (or two) of Sangria at the bar and it was the best Sangria on the Island. This is a 5 star hotel that earns every star...I just wish I could go back in the high season. The happened to notice on my friends passport that it was her birthday and they had a delicious chocolate cake waiting in the room when we returned from sightseeing. Such a lovely touch.
[keleigh, 19/12/2007] I was just at La Boveda in November 2007. This place seemed like it would be great but it was AWFUL! First of all, I understand that people smoke a lot in Spain, but this place was so smoky that my eyes were bloodshot when I left. The main issue that I have was the cleanliness of the restaurant. A female prep cook had a very very bad cold (probably bronchitis) and was coughing without covering her hand. At one point I went to the Ladies room and was waiting for the single female bathroom...I heard a flush, then a blowing of the nose, then a cough attack and then she (THE Cook!!) left the bathr
