Steve stayed at the hotel with some friends in a suite with "seperate baths and safe boxes". He found the suite "very nice" and the service "very good". In comparison to his home he only thought that "obviously things don't move as fast as" in the states. But he committed that "most people helping us were very timely". Only during the check-in he had some problems but the woman at the check-in was "polite" and "nicely".
