[Carling1, 25/05/2011] Me and me husyband spend 3 nights in Hotel Rainbow in Palermo. Its well located, near city centre, and thats about it... Its a small hotel situated on the 1st floor in a big office buliding. All the rooms and the reception are on same floor...Its REALLY LOUD in there! The receptionist came into work at 8am and was really loud and didnt take into cosideration that some guests might still be asleep.
