Description Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando
The Rosen Inn is located near the Orlando airport and not far from Universal Studios. The hotel claims to be the closest hotel to the tourist attraction. There are 331 rooms spread onto nine floors with lift access. Each guestroom has air conditioning with climate control, desk, phone with voicemail and free local calls, microwave, refrigerator, television with cable and pay movies, clockradio, coffee/teamaker, hair dryer, and iron and ironing board. All rooms are nonsmoking and wheelchair accessible. Complimentary wireless internet access is available in public areas and in rooms. Hotel ammenities include: a 24 hour front desk, area shuttle (additional fee), laundry and drycleaning services, outdoor swimming pool, arcade/games room, and a children's playground. A restaurant plus a bar/lounge are on site. There is also a gift shop which sells newspapers, souvenirs and toiletries. Check in time is 1600 hours. Check out time is 1100 hours. Pets are allowed. Parking is free.
Canaveral National Seashore is a by-product from the US Space programme. Needing a buffer zone, it is situated on a barrier island on Florida's Atlantic coast and boasts one of the longest stretches of uninterrupted natural beach. The sand, dunes and lagoons are a haven for an abundant variety of birds, mammals, reptiles and insects. Endangered sea turtles lay their eggs within its boundaries. The diverse plant life includes the rare sea oat. Year round activities include fishing, boating, canoeing, surfing, sunbathing, swimming, hiking, camping, nature and historical trails. There are also guided tours by pontoon boats.
