Overall the hotel is fantasic. There is a boat from outside the hotel to take you to the magical Universal complex. Would recommend this hotel and holiday to anyone.
  • Room was extremely spacious. Very clean and newly decorated. Had a large bathroom and was very comfortable after a long day in the parks.

  • A very large entrance with huge lobbey area. There were not many restaurants in the hotel but being right on Universal Studios City Walk it wasn't a problem. The swimming pool was shaped in a Gutair which I found amazing.

  • The service was very fast and efficent which was needed after a long day in the parks.

  • As is right on the Universal Complex there was non stop entertainment. You are far enough away that you don't hear anything in the hotel grounds but close enough to enjoy the fantasic atmosphere.
