They even "surprised" her with "a bottle of wine" in her room which she calls a "very niche touch". "Hats off" to "Christy, Ellis, Sacha" and "all the rest of the staff" says she further on. Then she writes that the rooms were "great"; "the pool, beach and all the surroundings" as well. This guest wants to visit the hotel again because "they do their very best to make everyone feel comfortable and special".
