[08/04/2008] Lieder haben wir die gleiche Erfahrung machen müssen, wie Urlauber2008. Der Umgang von Frau Scheiber mit unserer Beschwerde war unprofessionell, unfreundlich, ja aggresiv und im Ton völlig daneben. Ein ganz schlechtes Aushängeschild für so ein Haus. Das Servicepersonal versuchte durch große Freundlichkeit, das wieder gut zu machen, allein: es bleibt ein bitterer Nachgeschmack. Nie wieder Wiesental!
