What a DUMP ! Customer Service is AWFUL !
Upon arrival to our room after check in, the cars given to us did not work. Walked all the way around the building to the front desk to replace them, Second set did not work. Had to get maint guy to let us in. The room stank and had stains on the carpet. Called down for additional pillow and no one came. Called a second time and 45 minutes later [more...]
