[more]The Bed & Breakfast Mont Morris is located on W. 120th St. in Harlem’s Mont Morris historic district--in Upper Manhattan above Central Park. Housed in two Victorian brownstones, it belongs to an architecturally pleasing neighborhood across from Marcus Garvey Park. Local attractions include the Apollo Theater, Lenox Lounge, Cathedral of St. John the Divine, Columbia University, Grant’s Tomb, and the Studio Museum. The area also offers a wide range of specialty shops and restaurants.
One building offers two ground-floor guest units. The 40-sq-m Studio Apartment consists of a living / bedroom space, a kitchen with table and chairs, and a bathroom. The smaller Mini-Studio has a bedroom and a small bath with shower. Both units contain one queen and one twin bed, and each accommodates up to 3 quests. The second building, or Annex, includes several guestrooms--some en suite and some with shared bath. The Annex retains original floors, woodwork, and moldings, and all rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
Amenities in both buildings include phone with voicemail, Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and breakfast. Mini-fridges are provided for guests in the Annex.
