The wellness and recreation area is open daily between 06:00 and 22:00 and can be used by hotel guests free of charge. The sauna can be booked after 14:00. There are some extra towels in the hotel rooms, and bathrobes can be rented at reception.

There are different ways to explore the national park, for example you can go on a guided walking-tour or a carriage ride, do a round-trip on a boat or a cycle tour around the lake. Take the highway A4 coming from Vienna direction Budapest. It leads you to the exit Neusiedl am See.
Every hour there is a train (40 minutes) from Vienna to Neusiedl am See and back. The train station is close to the hotel - 3 minutes walk.
