[madmicky, 22/01/2012] A very good hotel, food is really good and repeated on a two week cycle, rooms are clean modern and comfortable, staff at the hotel are pleasant and go out of their way to please you with any requests that you have. Nice pools, one for the family and a quiet one for people who just want to chill without having the kids running round, both have pool bars. Private beach (with bar) and good house reef, although its not as good now as it was several years ago. All English, sometimes not always a good thing!!! and all inclusive, nice hotel, I have been there 5 times already and would go back again.

[Bella_1425, 13/11/2009] I thought the hotel was very great. Especially if you are visiting with a family, you've got the food, various pools for children and grown ups. Water slides and many more. Very important was the beach, because if you have children, you dont want them cutting their feet, so the beach doesnt have any rocks and to get close to the corals, you have to swim pretty far, and you can than see lots of fish. Its very beautiful. The hotel, of course, isnt a palace and it doesnt cost as much as it seems. There for, the price was reasonable and very appropriate. I think that the hotel was a great getaway

[oldwasp, 15/02/2009] With it's perfect location beside the beach and a walkway out to the coral reef the hotel provides something for everyone.
My wife and I stayed here for 1 week and we were looking for a holiday to relax and de-stress, we found the Royal Albatros Moderna provided these needs, it probably will be a bit more hectic in the peak season or during school holidays as there were few children during our stay.
A large hotel but with facilities to match, it never seemed crowded. Staff were always there to help and they were smart and friendly.
Food was good with a huge choice from the 3 restaurants,

[trivago traveller, 30/05/2006] I am really dissapointed. The service in this hotel is disgraceful. The staff can be rude and you have to wait for up tp 30 minutes for a drink. This is the first time I have complained about a hotel, but I wish we had gone elsewhere. The range of drinks are poor and based on previous hotels, this hotel does not deserve its 5 star status.

[trivago traveller, 04/05/2006] We loved our holiday so much in 2005 that we've booked again, for the same hotel, for 2006.
We were staying at the Hauza in July 2005 when Naama Bay was bombed by terrorists. Don't believe what the newspapers tell you. Nearly 400 people were killed that night, mostly local. The press had to play it down to save the tourist industry from collapse.
The Hauza Resort is set back from the road, surrounded by a hugh wall like a fortress. There are guards at the entrance and inside the lobby bar, in fact that's the same for all hotels in the area.
We may feel a little uncertain ven
