The hotel can be reached by a 10 minute walk from the main station, a bus station is located not far from the building and several subway station are close by. The city centre with its many attractions and the Theresienwiese, where the famous Oktoberfest is held, can also be reached by walk. The Mariandl does not offer parking facilities.
The hotel is located in an imposing turn of the century building and features high ceilings and wooden flooring. There are single and double rooms, all with private shower and bath but not all offer private toilets, these are located on the same floor. The furnishings are traditional and offer charm but no modern facilities such as TV, telephone or Internet.
Breakfast is served from 7am to 10am in the cafe. Here you can also enjoy international coffee specialities and patisserie, Bavarian beers and international wines throughout the day. In the evening live music is played.
