The shower was a little bit small, and we didn't realize until after going to breakfast how expensive breakfast - advertisements around the hotel led us to believe it was included. Also, paying for internet was a little expensive. The hotel itself was very charming and the location was good.

Clean, polite staff that were extremely helpful (even printing up a schedule of trains going to Salzburg for me), the bar was a nice place to meet up with a friend of mine who lived in town. I did still expect to have a double bed instead of two singles pushed together though, so that could be improved. I also had to settle for a smokers room to be able to have a double

[iiqcheck-en, 18/01/2013] The hotel is very conveniently located close to the main station and in walking distance to many attractions. Breakfast a bit expensive. The could do with offering a cheaper continental alternative. However there are plenty of cafes near by.
The free wifi system is a bit of a pain having to get a code for half an hours usage each day. Would it really cost them any more to simply provide unlimited free access in the lobby area.
Would use this hotel again.

First of all we had booked a suite and after we had checked in and went to our room we noticed that it wasn't a suite at all. Went down to see what had happened and they had some explanation. The irritating part was that I had to ask for money back since the room we stayed in was cheaper.
Another very annoying occurance was that we were denied room service almost 2 hours before the official cut off time due to the fact that the "kitchen had closed". It is completely insane to state that a certain service is av

[iiqcheck-en, 05/07/2012] We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was newly remodeled, I believe. It was good to have the business center with computer and printer to sign in for our flight and print boarding documents. No charge for first half hour of internet access per day. The breakfast was very good and the dining room staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was helpful.

The only very minor negatives we can think of were that it was difficult to stop the shower screen in the en-suite bathroom from letting water onto the floor and the breakfast was a little expensive. [iiqcheck-en, 12/12/2011] This was our first visit to Munich for the Christmas markets. Pleasant stay. The hotel is very nice. Excellent location only 5 mins from the station and 10 mins from Marienplatz.
Breakfast was a treat, wonderful spread of all varieties of meats, breads cereals, delicious smoked salmon and sweet rolls.
Beds were very comfy, rooms a little tight but all the furniture is new and well kept. By the way they have a nespresso machine in every room - great idea!
Staff needs to improve and be more helpful especially when it's up to making a reservation for a restaurant or giving help with the Bay
