The Hermann-Lingg-Strasse S-Bahn stop is directly outside the hotel for connections throughout Munich. It is also close to the Theresienwiese grounds which is home to the world famous Oktoberfest between September and October each year. There are 55 rooms in three different categories from single, double and 4 persons. All the rooms have an en-suite bathroom and WC, hair dryer, television with satellite TV channels, wardrobe, closets and body sized mirrors. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available.
