Airport/ Train Station /HarbourMünchen Flughafen

[David, 29.12.2007] Few years ago I had to stop at the airport to change my fly back to Bulgaria.

Of course the first impression is for perfectly clean and organized structure as most of the things in Germany are with perfect discipline.

I had 7 hours and decided to go to Munich as I learned the town is about 30 minutes by the train from the airport. I took the futuristic train and on the way to Munich I've realized that in the plane I had lost something very valuable for me.
After I arrived in the center of Munich, I tried to find the phone number of the airport, but as you can guess none was willing to help me, or even talk to me( I was in Germany and cant speak German). So the only choice I had was to take the train back to the airport and see what i can do in " lost and found" section.

After I arrived back at the airport I run to the place where suppose "lost and found" to be, at least it was what was written there, but alas the staff was so incredible rude that nearly made me cry from the absolutely carelessness regarding my problem, like its not their work to follow the lost things. Even didnt want to register my lost.

After I had asked about 50 more people working on the airport and for Lufthansa, and NONE even tried to listen me, I made a big scandal how is possible in that place that there is none human who cares about people.

Finally a nice lady working for dont know which company and half Russian, listened to me carefully, started to ring and use personal contacts to see how can help me, found out that the plane already had left to Middle east and of course the cleaning staff didnt find anything.

I had to accept the facts and my lost, but as the hope dies last, I noticed also the office of Lufthansa Bulgaria for my lost, but alas no news from them too ( the same careless attitude).

Other than the absolutely unhuman staff the airport is very modern and the shops are nice, full with quite expensive goods as ice-cream which cost me 15 euro for 3 small balls.

After all the troubles a custom officer told me that my passport is not valid cause I haven't signed it and made me nearly a scandal. As I wasnt very in mind I needed few minutes to realize that this was watching the second page, which has to be signed after the passport is annul. Of course I went back to him and gave him the scandal back but much bigger.

That is how the Munich airport turn a generally very peaceful man to a monster.
I hope I never cross it again !!!
