[TimurTimur, 20/09/2011] This is one of those places where you can feel how old and strong was Russia empire.
I visited it 3 years ago, but Kremlin still stays in my heart. The big buildings, which looks like were never touched by human hand, the gold all around and bright colors, all is so beautiful.
The Red square is not that big as I thought but there is power on it.
It is like a different city with its own life, but also very crowded with tourists. You better have a guide that you know all the stories about that amazing town.
It is impossible to miss visiting Kremlin when you are in Moscow.
[joveneli, 04/07/2011] Katerina City Hotel is located in the centre of Moscow - Russia. This is great place to stay. We went there with friends .The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in small room which was clean. The resturants is exellent. Everything was good. We will surely come back. Recommend it!
[cassandra_the_cat, 24/05/2011] The Danilovsky is set in an old monastery, complete with a fairly large park.
Rooms are spacious, functional and clean. The lower floors even enjoy wireless service, which is a big plus.
Breakfast is a highlight - skip the prepackaged cheese and ham, opt for a hot plate such as blini or apple pancake instead.
[reem80, 03/05/2011] it was part of the program my trip visit the Saint Basil’s Cathedral and other places not including Red Square, but when we went to the cathedral we saw this wonderful place which is called the Red Square and our leader decided to visit it in the last day of our trip
it is a very nice place i walked around on the Red Square and the most best place in Moscow.

Red Square is surrounded by the Kremlin, Saint Basil’s Cathedral, GOeM

In a small part of the garden is a collection of pictures drawn by Lenin abolished.
it was lovely, but The most enjoyable thing was there is the skiing but I can not do this, but those who were with me enjoyed a lot because they can do it .
the start of each of them wearing his tools and rode his bike, and a queue had moved from the place of departure and Murrow Gabon between trees covered by snow

The breakfast was good but The dinner we had at the hotel was a bit 'expensive than what we paid in restaurants in Moscow, but the food was worth - very tasty and beautiful. This hotel was fantastic. All staff were extremely consistent in beautiful corner

[Glifo, 11/03/2011] You need a guided tour to enter in order to have a good explanation of what you see. There is a museum inside (I remember specially the bishops dresses on display plenty of precious stones , more than the Czar and Czarina ceremonial dresses) and more important a bunch of magnificent churches with golden domes decorated inside with paintings and icons on the walls. In the space between the various building there is also a gigantic gun that if I remember well was taken from the Turkish army during one of the numerous wars between Russia and Turkey.Outside the walls there are still the Russian so

[guest_Maxima-Zarya, 02/03/2011] really good hotel. The Metro station "Vladykino" is located 10 minutes away by foot and it takes you about 20 minutes into Tverskay st or Red Square . But that is ok, because the hotels in the centre are more expensive. Rooms, lobby and restaurant just has been renovated. Everything is nice and clean. Reception stuff are very friendly and helped me with excursions and concert ticket
[opiakz, 18/01/2011] cleaness, Service, facilities and location, just the best you can ask for a very affordable price in Moscow.
Good job!
[WorldTraveler79, 29/07/2010] There is nothing to say except that I very much enjoyed all my stays in this absolutely excellent hotel! I can not lie, it is of course extremely expensive, especially for the gorgeous suites - but definitely worth it! It is located in a nice quite area, the restaurants are good (high class european cuisine). nice fitness and spa area... great infrastructure... i can absolutely recommend it!
[koshkha, 19/06/2010] The company I used to work for was never very lavish with hotel choices except in parts of the world where they thought employee safety was an issue. That was how my colleagues and I managed to get rooms at the ludicrously expensive Metropol Hotel in Moscow. It's a lavish and glittering palace of hospitality and completely at odds with the usual run of the mill chain hotels.
The location is excellent; it's a couple of minutes walk from Red Square and the Kremlin and almost opposite the Bolshoi theatre. Architecturally it pushes all my buttons as I love Art Nouveau style and this was built a

[moscowtraveler, 14/12/2009] A very nice hotel near Sheremetyevo airport that is not like a typical airport hotel. Service is personable, rooms cozy, and a very creative pricing structure. I paid for a 12 hour stay, which is all I needed.
[Tocca, 28/10/2009] Napoleon Hostel has been voted as the best hostel in Moscow... When you first arrive, you think it's a bit pretentious. After one day, you already think that it deserves more !
There is always someone from the staff ready to help you with the smile, at any hour of the day or of the night.
The rooms, the bathroom, the kitchen and the living-room are always very clean.
The hostel is located next to one of the best night-club of Moscow, really close to the center (and just next to a metro station).
But the best thing is about people in the hostel. There's a special mood in Napoleon that makes eve

[dan2003, 21/08/2009] Nice clean very well located hostel in the centre of Moscow. Friendly staff who spoke Spanish, French and German and English. 5 mnins walk to red Square. cant beat it for the price.
[stoli, 17/06/2009] Excellent little hotel near the airport. They round the clock shuttle picks you up and takes you back free of charge. The hotel is located in a Russian village near the airport. The village itself is nothing to brag about, but inside everything is very stylish, modern, the staff is very courteous and professional. A great thing about this hotels is they have special transit tariffs for 6 and 12 hours. And there is no check-out time at noon: if you booked a 24 hour rate, it's a full 24 hours! I would recommend this to anyone with a layover in Sheremetyevo.
[nelsonmontella, 16/03/2009] Great location (near to Red Square, Krelim etc.) and very comfortable accommodation. Hotel prices in Moscow are still crazy, so this place is comparatively very good value. Would recommend.
[AndrewPo, 02/03/2009] This is a fairly typical Marriott business hotel, but is close to the Kemlin (i.e. very central Moscow) and has the pleasant feature of being built round a courtyard with a high glass ceiling, which gives a pleasant light airy feel to the lobby area. It is a fairly expensive hotel with all of the facilities you would expect from a business hotel of this type, comfortable seating area in the fairly large lobby, off which can be found an American style bar and grill and a European / American style restaurant and conference facilities. It doesn't have much character and is certainly more internatio

[elise, 19/01/2006] August 2004... Only few days in Moscow... The first object I've visited there was Kremlin. It was unbelievable hot. The queues were extremly long and I was tired a bit... but when I entered the Kremlin I understood that it worth visiting. It's like a small city inside a huge Russian capital. There are streets, squares and very beautiful buldings and churches.
I guess everyone wants to visit Kremlin. So, it's really crowded there. It impossible to enter any exibition without staying in the queue. However the exibitions are very interesting. What I admired a lot was a huge bell (tsar-koloko
