The author visited Monterey Bay Aquarium several times and she suggests arriving "as early as you can", because at lunchtime it gets very crowded and the visit becomes "unpleasant". It's a "bit of a maze" so she describes the four things not to miss during the visit: the Rocky Shore, which is "a lot of fun", the Sea Otter Exhibit, where you can see the otters "so close up", Jellyfish Exhibit, and the Outer Bay Exhibit, her "very favourite", which "will fill you with serenity". She also suggests some restaurants and places to see in the surroundings of the aquarium.
