[rhut11, 09/02/2012] Very nice hotel, clean, modern and comfortable
Service custom made, people so kind.
Be back for sure, go to the restaurant!
[ProfMagellan, 07/02/2012] This is a small, intimate boutique hotel which enjoys a super location just two minutes from the Duomo and the Galleria. The staff are really fantastic. The room was functional if a little lacking in character but plenty of space, clean and comfortable. In a city full of overpriced hotels, the UNA Maison offers excellent value for money. Ideal for young professionals as well as for visitors on city breaks as it is so close to most of Milan's shops and attractions.
[vikashub, 06/02/2012] That's a great hotel near the Doumo with the perfect stuff! Your man on the reception are magicians with planty of patience :)
It's so cosy and nice that in the morning we didn't want to exit!
Thank's a lot!

[martanikolova, 09/01/2012] This is one of my favourite spots in Milan. It is so beautiful and attractive, you can never miss it. It is located right in the centre of Milan, next to the famous cathedral, so you will definitely see it. It connects Piazza del Duomo with Piazza della Scala. You can reach it easily (we went there by tram).
When I first entered inside I felt like I was transferred to another world. The floor is an amazing detail, which I loved immediately. Such a beauty cannot be seen everywhere. I didn't bother entering into the shops, because I know they are very expensive, just walking around was enough fo

[martanikolova, 07/01/2012] We came across this castle without even looking for it. We were walking around the streets and the Sempione Park when we reached the castle. There was some event there on this day and it was closed for visitors, so we came back the next day to see it. We reached it by foot, but there are good public transport connections as well (tram No 4 stops right in front of the entrance and there are a few other trams you could use, there is a metro station nearby and also a train station). The entrance is free, which is a great plus, except for the museums inside the castle.
The fortress is very old an

[martanikolova, 06/01/2012] A wonderful park in Milan! Long and well-maintained alleys, beautiful little lakes, beautiful nature, everything is green. People use it for jogging a lot! While we were walking along the alleys, there were so many people running around us, I was amazed. The park is surrounded by other tourist attractions, which is also good, since you can combine things, like we did. On one of the bridges we saw many locked padlocks (this is an Italian tradition, which symbolises love). I really enjoyed my time there. There are enough benches, so you can rest a little after a long walk. The transport connecti

[martanikolova, 06/01/2012] Well, this is something really amazing and you can't see it in every city. This is an initiative of the Municipality of Milan called BikeMi and, to my opinion, is really fantastic. It is not only some rental service, it is a whole public transport bicycle system. There are bicycle stations all over Milan and you can take the bike at one station and leave it at another, which is really useful and practical. There are different subscriptions (annual, daily or weekly). If you find this initiative interesting, you can find out more on their website: www.bikemi.com
[martanikolova, 06/01/2012] That is a building you cannot miss if you arrive in Milan by bus or train. It is right next to the Central station of Milan and it stands out from the rest of the buildings nearby, because it is very tall. The architecture is not extraordinary, the usual modern building, which draws the attention mostly because of its height and the fact it is very thin.
[martanikolova, 04/01/2012] Amazing and beautiful - this is what I can say about the Milan Cathedral. It is impressive and gives the feeling of glory.
[huesped_San-Guido, 11/11/2011] The hotel is well equipped with trams and buses, not far from the city center and bars. Excellent hospitality and courtesy, generous breakfast, the rooms are clean and quiet. highly recommended.
[ProfMagellan, 06/11/2011] The Straf is a deeply trendy hotel. If you want a conventional room, this is not the place for you.
The design is very cutting edge, rather brutalist in style. But it works mainly because the staff are
uniformly excellent and because it has one of the best locations in Milan, yards from the Duomo and the Galleria. I have a few minor gripes but overall the Straf is very good.
[janpeels, 26/07/2011] We had to stay for business in this particular location of Milan. Our first choice was fully booked, but our Italian host recommended this hotel as it was new and the location was ideal relative to his factory and the Milan Metro. The moment we arrived the hospitality of the staff stood out positively; check-in service was professional, courteous and prompt. The hotel itself is truly formidable; it is very modern yet comfortable with all features you'd expect from a Ramada.
The best experience we had was with the manager of the bar "Carlo Arrigoni". As this was our first visit to Italy Carlo'

-:
1)the hotel is very out-of-date with strange color design - green walls and red doors in poor condition.
2) we did not enjoy hot drinks machine at breakfast. It is strange to be served with instant coffee with chicory smell of really low quality in Italy for breakfast. Even there were no black tea bags at breakfast (only camomile tea and tea bags were open as if they were used or observed by someone else).
3) the other matter that chambermaid every morning switched in vacuum cleaner at 7.00 AM in the morning.
4) internet o

[Ann72, 15/07/2011] ..away from the duomo and just few metres from the metro stop...really a good choie for my staying in milano city. I had great time in the evening too, with the suggestions of the staff always helpful with me and my friend. N othing to report beyond this...but maby next time i will ask a room corso buenos aires side !!! 100% i love milan
[Ain0, 14/07/2011] Hotel is easy to get by from nearby metro station, location is prominent. BUT! I paid 128 Euros for a single room whcih was smaller than my closet, was clean, bathroom was kinda spacious tho. Lastly, if you are travelling alone, try to stay in a hotel where the staff are friendly, cause here they are NOT! Never seen such cold staff especially in the restaurant of the hotel. Its a pity.
[tinna, 16/06/2011] I stayed in this hotel in 2009 and I really liked it. The hotel is located app. 10 minutes from the city center but still easily accessible by car. They also had a smaller garage, where I could park my car in a safe place. Public transport is just few steps from the hotel.
Room was clean and breakfast was delicious. I really liked their terrace / garden. Their personal was amazing. They offered me a free drink at arrival and gave me plenty of useful information.
Overall, great place for short-term stay in Milano.
[joveneli, 27/05/2011] Milan Square also called del Duomo Square to me is one of the most charming and attractive places in Europe. The people of Milan celebrate Christmas, on this square Milan. Square can not go unnoticed by its central location. Piazza del Duomo is famous for the beautiful Duomo di Milano and the monument of King Victor Emmanuel II. The Square is filled with many tourists who are curious to see the famous cathedral and the gallery of Victor Emmanuel. Piazza del Duomo is the usual meeting place has cafes, restaurants and fashion shops are not to be missed. My impressions of the circumference of the

[Lorenzorossi70, 08/04/2011] Back in time as a student of IULM, the university of languages and communication in Milan, i stayed there. Even after, when i moved to an apartment, i advised my parents to stay there. It's universitu dorm hotel, not far from the city centre. They provide low cost room and a restaurant, which is nice as in the proximity there isn't much (you should wak to the Navigli then, 15 minutes by feet).
It is located in a quiet area, far from the dangerous train station), well connected (subway from Romolo takes about 15 minutes to the Duomo) and ideal for a walk.
[frankbertoldini, 02/02/2011] Elegant ambiance, professional service, good restaurant.. Room nice, despite smallish bathroom.
Location not the prettiest in Milan for my taste, although Corso Buenos Aires is a very long shopping street.
An advantage is the convenient location for the central train and subway station, near the Porta Venezia park, not very far from the exclusive Piazza San Babila area.
