The worst holiday we have ever had

[trivago traveller, 09.07.2006] Our holiday was booked as an all inclusive holiday at a 4 star rated hotel. We were allocated a filthy menzel, with filthy stinking towels, dirty bedlinen, the minibar was a mouldy, empty fridge, the bathroom facilities were filthy, half of the lights did not work in the menzel and the external doors did not lock.
This was not a cheap holiday, I have complained to the tour operator, and am still awaitng a reply - I am in touch with another six families who had similar experiences to us.

My advice is: do not go here!!
