The worst holiday we have ever had
Our holiday was booked as an all inclusive holiday at a 4 star rated hotel. We were allocated a filthy menzel, with filthy stinking towels, dirty bedlinen, the minibar was a mouldy, empty fridge, the bathroom facilities were filthy, half of the lights did not work in the menzel and the external doors did not lock.
