[guest_Prime-La-Flora, 26/09/2011] The hotel is just 3 minutes' walk from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, but the premises themselves do need to be refurbished, and the reception staff should be a great deal more helpful (no one to carry your luggage) and enthusiastic when customers check in.I am a disabled person in a wheel-chair travelling with my son, and we got the proper room we had reserved only the next day after we arrived, after changing rooms 4 times and being told wrongly that we would have to pay an extra $25 / night,because it was a suite with two seperate beds!
