Lou and his family stayed at the Four Seasons in August 2004. He contacted the hotel before going there and the hotel's concierge staff prepared an "elaborate itinerary" for his stay (sightseeing, dining out, tours etc.). He thinks that the employees were "very friendly" and "accomodating". He points out that his family was one of "very few" other families staying there at that time and that the staff "seemed happy" to have them and took care of them. He rates the rooms, the atmosphere, the service and the value all with 5 out of 5 points, resulting in an overall rating of 5.0 (Fodor's maximum for reviews).
