The author sees the Four Seasons Mexico as one of the top luxury hotel of Mexico City. The building was constructed after an 18th century palace and comes with a "traditional inner courtyard". About 50% of the guest rooms open towards the courtyard. He continues by pointing out that "the rest" of the FS "doesn't disappoint", in terms of the design and furnishing of the rooms and the business center ("so complete"). The hotel bar is "well-stocked" and a "perfect pre-dinner option". The hotel provides "excellent" city tours on weekends, for free.
