She continues by pointing out that the lobby is "beautiful" and that the front desk staff delivers "excellenct service". The outlay of the hotel is in a "wonderful courtyard style" with a "perferctly maintained" garden. Guest rooms open towards this garden. The author liked the room because of the "tasteful" design and lots of "closet space". She liked most about the room its "marble" bathroom which comes with a "spacious" shower cubicle and a "seperate" tub. The hotel's restaurants provide "a wide variety" of food. The only things she's complaining about is the "overpriced" gift shop and the lack of "diet coke" and "spa services".
