It is situated in over 60 acres of meadows and limestone crags on the outskirts of Cromford. The hotel comprises of 44 rooms with 86 beds, 40 parking places, a 15 metre swimming pool with an additional one for toddlers, 4 meeting rooms. There are two rooms designed for disabled people. There is a lift to all floors of the hotel, a music room, a drawing room, a TV one, a coffee shop, a bookstall, and a table tennis.
30 rooms are situated in the castle and 14 in the Mews block. All rooms include tea/coffee-making facilities and a hairdryer.
