Established in 1972 by proprietor Alex Biggin, this historic manor house dating from the fifteen century enjoys the most tranquil and picturesque location in the foothills of the Pennine range and close to the Peak National Park. This delightful B&B is nestled deep in the leafy, tranquil and secluded grounds of the former Ernest Bailey mansion. Access to our large block paved car park is gained by travelling to the top of Butts Drive which is a private wooded driveway. Here you will find ample parking space and secure storage for cycles. Castle Green B&B provides single, double and twin rooms, a premier room, plus a family suite; and is proud to be able to offer accommodation for less-mobile guests as the B&B is very accessible, spacious and less-mobile friendly. We have a spacious ground floor bedroom with walk in wet room and extra wide door openings
We offer a Premier room which boasts a super-king size bed which is complimented with a luxurious wet room.
On the first floor there are single, double & twin rooms plus a family suite which sleeps 4 having a double bedroom connected to an adjoining room with full size bunk beds and an en-suite shower-room.
