[29.01.2008] Living in Lincoln, I have never really appreciated the true greatness of this castle. It is for this reason I have decided to write a review, not only to let the world know of its greatness but also to remind myself just how amazing it is. History Built in the 11th century by William the Conqueror on the site of an old Roman fort, Lincoln Castle is one of the best preserved examples of a Norman castle. At the t [more]

[22.01.2008] During my first year of university there was this large building site near the train station just off Ferensway in Hull. [18.01.2008] Overall i give the (Marriott) Sprowston Manor 9/10. It is a beautiful hotel set in a beatifl location with brilliant (and beautiful!) staff. If you are after a quiet weekend away this is the perfect retreat. The food is magnificent and the bar well stocked. A delightful place. [more]

[16.01.2008] For only £20 a night for a double room (this price is not permanent, but deals can often be found on Travelodges) this is fantastic value and as long as you are not after 5 treatment, I would definitely recommend this Travelodge to to anybody wanting a cheap/budget weekend in Newcastle!
