Some of them have magnificent views over the surrounding countryside with its beautiful hills, olive groves and the colours of the sunset, whereas others feature wooden beams and hand-made cotto floors.
The former tobacco-curing-barn has been converted into 2 studio-apartments with independent entrance accommodating 2 persons each.
The other house is the Villetta, a two-room apartment with bathroom, a broad living room with kitchenette, which may accommodate up to 5 persons.
The cellars and sheds of the 19th-century farmhouse have been expertly converted into intimate dining rooms and lounges preserving their pristine architectural features intact. Two verandas with ample glazing offering a splendid view on the surrounding century-old park have been recently added. In the good season, our guests can enjoy a meal in the open either on a fresh veranda, under the trees or around the swimming pool.
Well-known for its cuisine, our restaurant offers the very best of the Umbrian cuisine, time-honoured recipes skilfully prepared with the finest food of the land and varied according to the seasons: home-made pasta, grilled meat, black truffles and much more accompanied by the sincere, warm hospitality that only a family-run business may offer.

Motorway A1 (Autostrada del Sole) Florence-Rome: for those arriving from Rome exit at Orte then follow signs for Perugia via dual-carriage way E45. For those arriving from Florence, exit at Valdichiana then follow signs for Terni.Conveniently located in the heart of the verdant and mystical Umbria, just a few kilometres from the main historical and artistic towns (Perugia 25 km, Assisi 40 km, Gubbio 50 km, Todi 20 km, Orvieto 50 km, Spoleto 80 km). This 19th-century farmhouse plunged in greenery, olive groves, corn and sunflower fields, has been skilfully renovated into a 20 bedrooms house, equipped with every modern convenience.Arrivals or departures on Mondays need to be agreed beforehand, by email or phone, directly with the hotel's management.Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
