The sea is 300 meters away, with bathing beaches at 1 km (where you can kite surf during summer). The lagoon, called Stagnone, with beautiful views to Mothia Island and Isola Longa that you can reach by canoing or even walking in the sea (Isola Longa). From the harbour, 300 meters from the house, you can take ferries to Egadi Island: visit Favignana and Levanzo for a day-trip. Mazara del Vallo, Trapani, marvellous Selinunte by train within a 1 hour journey. For lunch we suggest fantastic and cheap food street arancine!, pane e panelle, ice-cream in a brioche, pizza, while at a charming little restaurant you can enjoy your dinner with fish and cous-cous without spending that much.
