[trivago traveller, 07/01/2007] Superficially, this is a nice resort - decent rooms, attractive grounds, etc. The food is passable, but certainly nothing to rave about. The big problem is that when we first got in our room and turned on the water in the bathroom it was brown. After letting it run for a couple minutes and not seeing any change in the color I called the desk. They said to let it run for 2 minutes and it would be clear. After having both the sink and bathtub faucets completely open for 20 minutes there was still a trace of brown in the water. Then we noticed an odor, which smelled like sewage, in the bathroom.

[trivago traveller, 28/09/2006] I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel until I got home to find there had been charges made on my credit card after I left Egypt!? And the hotel were very unhelpful in sorting out the problem- in fact i am still owed money.
I dont know if this is an isolated incident bu tI suggest if you've stayed there this summer you check your credit card statements very carefully.

[trivago traveller, 29/04/2006] Great location for diving - near the airport and the port. No shore diving available from the beach and snorkelling is limited. Great for a relaxing or dive holiday. Definitely not an 18-30 type resort!
