Restaurant/ InnsAnnette's Diner

[frankiecesca, 26.12.2007] When I went to Disneyland in Paris I had meal vouchers for two days for Planet Hollywood - we had decided to not purchase food vouchers for the last day in case there was somewhere that we saw whilst there that we wanted to eat in. It worked out really well as when we walked htrough the Disney villlage area we saw Annette's Diner and after checking out the menu we decided we'd really like to eat in here on our last day - what made it even more appealing was on the adverts they show on the tv in the room it showed a clip of the restaurant with the staff on roller skates and with them all wearing old fashioned uniforms like they used to in old diners in America.

On our last day after spending the morning in the Park we decided it was time to enjoy our last lunch and made our way to Annette's to get our lunch. We were quite surprised to find that the queue wasn't that big which was nice but i think it was just our timing as not long after we entered the queue suddenly doubled in size! The first thing we noticed when we actually went in was that the staff were not on roller skates - to say we were dissappointed is an under statement. Possibly they used to do this but it's s hame they don't anymore, at least now if you see the same advert as i did you won't be as let down when you reach the restaurant as you'll already know!

The plus side though is that the food is really good and the staff are great - really friendly and service is fast too. As i mentioned when we'd checcked the menu out before we'd decided to eat in here to noticed that the prices were pretty good - even after looking at lots of other this is probably one of the cheapest restaurants at Disneyland paris so for those on a budget it is perfect! On you don't skimp on the quality either for it or the portion sizes as they are pretty large! I would highly recommend this pace for everyone.
