The Vincci Seleccin Estrella del Mar is in Marbella, 8 km from the centre of town and 43 km from Malaga airport. The hotel is set in an exceptional location in the heart of the Costa del Sol, in the area known as ElviriaLas Chapas, regarded as one of the towns most desirable spots and near what is surely the best beach on this part of the coast.Built in a modern Mediterranean style with Arab influence, it has 134 rooms and suites, all imbued with Vincci Hoteles trademark style and elegance. The hotels two suites have two bedrooms, each with full ensuite bathroom and balcony, and linked by a large sitting room with its own terrace. There are also two duplex Junior Suites in the side towers of the building, each with a generously-sized sitting room and full bathroom on the lower floor and a spacious bedroom with full ensuite bathroom on the upper floor. These rooms open out onto a large furnished terrace area with impressive sea views. The Junior Suites can also be converted into two-bedroom suites by linking them to the adjoining superior double rooms. The hotels 129 superior double rooms all have a small sitting-room area containing either a sofa bed or two armchairs. All these rooms have a large terrace enjoying sea views and furnished with a lounger, table and chairs. Sixteen of these rooms can be linked together via a communicating door. Four rooms have been especially designed to accommodate disabled guests. These rooms are on the ground floor and have direct access via a ramp to the pool area and garden. Rooms are also available for guests who smoke.Junior SuitesThe hotel features 2 Jr. Suites duplex, located in the corner towers, with living room and a complete bathroom in the lower floor, and a bedroom, complete bathroom and a huge terrace with sea view in the upper floor. Both Jr. Suites can become 2 bedrooms Suites by adding the Double Superior Room besides.Double Superior It also counts with 131 Double Superior Rooms with bedroom including sitting area with a sofa-bed or 2 armchairs.
