Description
The Moon Travel Guide presents a page on the town of Maragogi, where tourists don't visit for the town itself, despite its Internet cafes and beach bars, but for its Galés, which are sandbars surrounded by rock formations, that only appear in the morning when the tide is low, 6 kilometres offshore, allowing "excellent" swimming and snorkeling possibilities. The guide also recommends to visit a beach in Maragogi, such as São Bento. A map helps to locate the town.
