Serce tej czesci miesci sie przy kanale (rownoleglym do Portland Street),jest to dluga, barwna ulica (Canal Street) homoseksualnych barow, clubow. Czesc z nich akceptuje klientow heteroseksualnych, wiekszosc z nich jednak nie. Baa Bar jest otwarty dla wszystkich. [30/12/2008] Moje doswiadczenie: Przeterminowane piwo (doswiadczenie 2 znajomych, ktorzy byli ze mna w tym clubie tego wieczoru), fatalna, gburowata obsluga. Kiedy okazalo sie, ze nie posiadaja Guinessa poprosilam o Shandy (piwo z lemoniada), raz, ze pan barman nie wiedzial nawet co to jest, zadajac pytanie "WHAT?", dwa - nie raczyl nawet zapytac jakie piwo preferuje. I to nie kwestia mojego zaawansowania w jezyku angielskim, to raczej kwestia niewiedzy Pana Barmana a takze jego chamstwa. [29/12/2008] Opis hotelu oraz zdjecia niezupelnie zgadzaja sie z rzeczywistoscia. Renaissance Hotel nie znajduje sie 2 km od centrum miasta...wrecz przeciwnie, to hotel, ktorego lokalizacja jest dokladnie w samym sercu Centrum Manchesteru. Pokoje zostaly zmodernizowane, jak rowniez restauracja oraz bar Robbie's (stad wzmianka o tym, ze zdjecia nie sa zaktualizowane). Jako, ze budynek, w ktorym miesci sie hotel zostal zaprojektowany jako biurowiec, stad tez ten hotel poza idealna lokalizacja nie posiada takich udogodnien, jak basen, silownia, czy tez jakichkolwiek innych atrakcji.
