The hard rock cafe in Manchester is nearly always heaving - it is a good idea to either make a reservation or turn up early to get a table - if you have to wait they do have a rather nice bar area but htis can get pretty crowded!
It is located inside of the Printworks building so one of the main reasons for how busy it gets is probably due to the fact that there is a huge IMAX cinema right next to it!!
The staff:
The staff are excellent in here - as they are in every hard rock cafe I've been to where they are super smiley and very fast in everything they do from walking you to the table to taking the order to brining the food. Super efficient and it all adds to the atmosphere as it's very noisy and loud due to how many people and the music playing in the background!
The food:
They serve a variety of food which is normall things such as steaks, burgers, nachos etc and the portions are pretty big. They do have a lot to choose from and prices tend to be a little higher than most restaurants due to the name of the place.
Ambiance:
I do like it in here even though it is always really busy as I think you'd only go to this kind of place if you like that and I think that it's easy to see that it is this kind of place just by looking inside! They have seating upstairs and downstairs in here and i would say sitting upstairs is nicer as it's smaller so feels quite cosy - plus it's nice to watch others over the balcony!!
The Hard rock cafe has a shop inside too that sells memorabilia just like they do in all the Hard Rock cafes around the world. You can buy t-shirts and keyrings etc along with a load of other useless stuff! There is also lots of memorabilia on the walls too just like as in every other Hard Rock cafe.
Overall this is a greta place for meal as it has a gret feel to it and the food and staff are both excellent. It is just around the corner from Victoria station and there are plenty of bus stops right near too so it is very easy to get too and from and if you do want to drive into the city centre then the Arndale Car park is minutes up the road.
