, 11/01/2008] Casa Tapas is one of my favourite restaurants in the whole of Manchester. There are plenty of reasons why but the main two is that food is gorgeous and the atmosphere in here is exactly how I love. It is right on the main road in Didsbury and is pretty small - it does have two floors but the restaurant as a whole is quite narrow so it gives it that intimate feel and the whole place is decorated with dark wood such as the floor and the tables and there are candles on every table and even on the walls! Evrytime I have been here it has been busy so I have always made a reservation - i'm not
