The exchange bar and grill is a second American themed restaurant within the Trafford centre Orient food court. It is probably one of the larger venues and is a combined restaurant and bar.
It is always busy due to the fact that it has an extensive menu made of up of great starters such as cheese and bacon potato skins, filling mains such as chilli and rice and yummy deserts such as brownie sundaes!
The price are decent too which an average main at around £7-9 per person and drinks are not too expensive. They have a lot to choose from and have separate cocktail, shots and wine menus.
The staff are very good at their job and know the menu's well to recommend dishes and they are efficient at getting the tables cleared to get people seated. Sometime you may find you have to queue for a table for a little while but the thought of the scrummy food is enough to keep you going!
This is a good venue for a lot of office parties due to the fact that it has a bar that gets quite lively in the evenings, especially on weekends - if you're looking for somewhere quiet and romantic this isn't the place but if you want somewhere that's lively and has a buzzing atmosphere then this is the place to be!
