[janewylie99, 03.06.2008] Fantastic pools and facilities, extremely clean
  • We had a standard room but it was a good size with plenty of storage space. The separate lounge area was useful and had a separate TV. The balcony was a good size with a clothes airer and seating. The air conditioning worked well and use was not restricted. The bathroom was very clean and had good facilities. Maid service good and overall cleanliness of the apartment was excellent.

  • The hotel appearance was very good with low level blocks of tastefully built rooms. The lobby area was pleasing to the eye and comfortable. The staff on front desk were mostly very helpful with one or two not so helpful! The main restaurant served a good variety of food both local and traditional, something for everyone. The fruit was in abundance and tasty. Good choice of drinks both soft and alcoholic. At breakfast eggs cooked to order and portions plentiful. The resort has choice of pools, one very lively, one with slides and away from the bustle was a 'quiet' pool which was fantastically relaxing and empty the majority of the time. Water temperature was lovely and the cleanliness superb. We were the only English couple on the whole resort - expect all German and Russian, many without manners or a smile!

  • The a la carte restaurant was very hard to get a reservation in, you have to join the stampede of Russians and Germans and be brash about getting into the queue early to secure a booking! The food in a la carte was good as was the service. You don't get a choice of menu but plenty of variety served so all could be tried.

  • Didn't use the beach but it was clean and space was fine. Water looked clean and plenty of signs stating the blue flag award. Cleanliness of the whole resort was excellent.
