* Reservations made before November 1 will have 25% total night's room rate charged as a deposit. On November 1, remaining balance of reservation total must be paid in full. Unless otherwise requested remaining balance will be automatically charged to credit card used to make reservation.
* Any changes or cancellations made after November 1 will result in full forfeiture of entire amount of reservation. Any reservations made for the holiday period after November 1 will require credit card payment for the full amount of the reservation and will be non-refundable.
