Hearing from a customer relations manager of her opinion that being a 5 star hotel with 3 star guests shows exactly what was her opinion of all of whom stayed there. Most annoying was the amount of boring germans whi constanly complained and bad manners and ill tempers. Room s were beautiful and the staff were great at all times. Ajoining rooms with a very noisy snooring german keeping us awake did not help,but with the quiet surroundings could catch up on missing sleep. We would recommend this hotel for the luxury it offers its guest with out question, and will return in more warmer months possibly in April, May time but not February ever again due to the cold winds during the day and night.
