[1jeopardy, 23/10/2010] The room location was excellent with a great view and the dining staff were amazing. This is where the positive aspect of the hotel ends.
The reception staff did not speak good English and did not inform us of the hotel amenities. When enquiring about a gym was told there was not one and that we should travel to another hotel. We located by mistake a gym at the end of the week within the hotel!
I am currently suffering from a virus I picked up from eating re heated food from the all inclusive buffet.
The towels in the room was not washed properly and had a stale odour.
