All the apartments are provided with air conditioning. Outside there is a swimming pool with a private garden where you can admire the wonderful and many-colored sunsets of Trasimeno Lake. The different type of apartments makes it possible from every customer (couples, singles, families ,students groups, 3rd age and also handicapped persons ). It is very easy to reach S. Feliciano , our hotel is situated in a central and strategic position infact it can be used as a stop for trip by car or by bus to the most famous towns in Umbria and Tuscany: For example Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Norcia, Cascia, Todi, Gubbio, Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, besides the wine itinerary (Torgiano, Montefalco, Montalcino, Chianti and Orvieto), the Thermal bath itinerary (Chianciano, Bagno Vignoni, San Casciano dei Bagni, Rapolano, Bagni San Filippo) and Truffle itinerary (Gubbio, Citta di Castello, Norcia).
