Riu Palace Riviera Maya / Hotel Experience
[09/10/2008] My family traveled to Riviera Maya , Playa del Carmen Mexico . We stayed at Riu Palace Riviera Maya from September 30th to October 7th. The Resort was beautiful , the beds in the room were really unfomfortable , we had to ask for a mattress pad, the pillows were very hard , I have severe neck pain from the pillows. When getting there ask to have your liquer dispenser filled and you need to keep asking cause they don't do it like stated on the liquer cabnet.The buffet food was really good, if you want to eat at there restaurants, you need to make reservations two days ahead of time. one thing
