[more]The 60 m2 Gran Vía Naranja apartment is an absolutely charming place to stay for up to 6 people in the heart of Madrid, Spain next to Gran Vía, Plaza España, the Royal Palace and the nucleus of the city, Puerta del Sol. The splendid Sabatini Gardens are also very close, as are Madrid’s famous museums which house the (sometimes) terrible and always fascinating works of the Spanish master, Goya. If you take a short walk, you might be surprised to find an Egyptian temple right in the centre of Madrid, the Templo Debod. Restaurants serving up the best of Spanish fare can be found right in this neighbourhood- sample some tapas like Manchego cheese and salchichon (savoury dried sausages) as you sip a cool fresh beer (caña).This beautiful apartment is located in an old building which has been completely renovated. Because the apartment does not face the street, it is especially quiet and affords guests a good night of sleep. The large windows overlook the sunny interior patio.
