The hotel, housed in historic premises dating from 1752, occupies a favourable and secluded position between the river Meuse and the marketplace in the centre of town. The hotel accommodates 22 unique rooms, fully furnished in the English style, each provided the standard listed facilities.Pets are not allowed in eating facilities.
Please mention which bed type you would prefer when making a booking. The hotel will do their best to fulfill your wishes.In the morning, there is a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of bread, smoked salmon and fruit salad. Behind the house, there is a private garden which, in summer, is available for our guest. The vibrant centre of Maastricht offers a wide range of cafes where you can enjoy your evening.
Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00, Monday to Friday, and 07:30 to 10.30 Saturday and Sunday.
Lunch is available on request.
Dinner is served on Monday and Wednesday and until Saturday. The kitchen is closed on Sunday and Tuesday.Maastricht is surrounded by the beautiful hilly landscape with many nice hiking and cycling routes. Cities such as Liège and Aachen are just 30 minutes by car from the city centre of Maastricht. On the edge of city of Maastricht there is a golf course that is situated in a historical area.BY CAR:
Entering Maastricht from the A2 highway, turn right at the crossing and follow the signs "PARKEREN CENTRUM WEST'.
Keep on driving straight ahead, cross the river Maas and take the first exit at you're right hand "CENTRUM WEST'.
At the end of the exit you’ll have to turn right again. Keep on driving straight ahead (with a small curve to the left) in the direction of the Maasboulevard. After approximately 100 meters you will find hotel d'Orangerie on a corner at you're right hand side (corner van Hasseltkade / Kleine Gracht).
On the Kleine Gracht there are only parking spaces for license-holders; We ask you only to park here for the check-in and turn you're emergency lights on (blinker). This way you will not get a parking fine.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
From Maastricht you can take a bus to 'Markt', which leaves very often. The bus will take about 15 minutes. From 'Markt' you have to go to 'Kleine Gracht', you will find the hotel at your left hand at the end of the street.Right in between the River Meuse and Maastricht’s main market square, this classic hotel offers elegant accommodation in a historical residence from 1752.
Hotel d'Orangerie provides you with recently renovated guest rooms, furnished in an English style. Relax in the warm ambience of these cosy rooms, some of which are equipped with a marble bathroom.
Even in this central location, you will be able to enjoy a peaceful night’s rest, due to double glazing, excellent curtains and the comfort of your Hypnos bed.
From this convenient base, you can easily walk round the old town centre, right outside your door, and explore the city’s monumental sights.
Weather permitting, you can sip your favourite drink out on the terrace and admire the garden.By bookings of packages, the hotel only accepts cash payments.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 6 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
