A great shopping experience for bargain hunters, but mainy products have been imported from Thailand, China and Vietnam - look out for Lao products.

Stroll Factor
Located down the main street of Luang Prabang, the night market is pretty much impossible to avoid. Some great bargains to be had, and even for those of us who hate shopping, its still well worth walking though to see some of the colourful handicrafts available.
