We do go and visit often, some of the museums see us several times a year. The more surprising it might sound that it took me 30 years to revisit the probably most famous wax museum in the world. [jennifer_w, 17/03/2011] I must admit, it has been a while since I visited Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in London, however I remember how much I enjoyed it and taking pictures standing next to my favorite(and sometimes least favorite) movie stars. It's been at least 6-7years since I visited the famous wax museum, so it's probably changed and I imagine expanded, adding more recently famous people such as Cheryl Cole. [Blueberry, 07/01/2011] Madame Tussauds is a major tourist attraction in London, displaying waxworks of historical and royal figures, film stars, sports stars and famous murderers. For an adult it costs about 30 pounds, which I'd say is a bit expensive for what it is. I have been there three times in the last 6 years and I am afraid I did not see many new figures, with a few exeptions. The author describes Madame Tussaud's as being "an enclosed amusement park" and describes the experience as being "a weird, moving, sometimes terrifying (to children) collage of exhibitions". The author warns that "you'll probably have to queue" for this exhibition of wax look-a-likes and it's "likely you'll pay through the nose". Michael and his wife visited the wax museum and was "hugely disappointed". Apart from the "very long queues" to get in, once inside the queues continued "just to see another wax model". He says of the Chamber Live exhibit that it's the "worst thing I have ever visited". Not only because he had to "pay extra" for it but once inside they just "walk around a dark room" within which are some "really annoying (and very bad) actors" attempting to scare them.
