I would stay here again and would also like to explain what happened whilst we stayed which was both frustrating and yet very pleasing. We were woken at 7 am on the morning after our night stay to just check my details ( name etc) and they apologised and of course hung up and rolled back to sleep as it was a bit early to rise! I would highly recommend this hotel for people wanting to stay nearby to Heathrow airport, although be aware that the food inside the hotel is expensive and so is the parking but you would expect high rates of parking in London anyway. I felt that I got a really good deal paying £50 for our double room and if you are able to get a room for the same price then it is more than worth the money. [more...]
